A smile on my face and a contract with the Jiří Menzel Foundation in my hands. It promises a financial contribution to the film.  Sára Vojtová is a student of production at the Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček in Písek. She is currently preparing her graduation master's film "Píchlé duše" with her classmates. The film is about a man with multiple sclerosis taking a trip to Switzerland with his son. The script was written by Stefan Lambert. The young filmmaker wonders if father and son will find their way back together before it's too late. Father Victor, suffering from multiple sclerosis, decides to undergo assisted suicide in Switzerland, while son Sam cannot come to terms with his choice. The film will be completed by June 4, 2025 and we look forward to its screening in the fall.
