Ticho mezi námi is a short film about the rebuilding of a sisterly bond that has been broken by time, distance and unspoken wrongs.

The main theme of the film is therefore the rebuilding of a sisterly relationship. Another theme is also the reconciliation with her mother's death and the contradictory emotions that Hanka experiences because of her estrangement from her mother, with whom she was unable to reconcile before her death. The project has ambitions to be successful at film shows and festivals. With its themes of sisterhood and the loss of a loved one, it has the potential to to appeal to a wide audience. The film should also have its own specific visual style and narrative style that make it unique. 

The project was introduced by Natálie Štychová, who has tried various professions in the field of film, having been a director, screenwriter, cinematographer, actress and producer.  We will hope that her guess at the ambition of Silence Among Us is justified.
