The director Lukáš Vacula will graduate from FAMO in Písek. Together with Lucie Ptáčková they wrote the script for the graduation film Krev není voda, which is about two brothers who meet in a cottage in the mountains in the afterlife. Lukáš Vacula decided to make this film for people who have family disputes. He believes that strong family and especially sibling bonds are the very essence of human beings, in short, sibling love is irreplaceable.

"Blood is not water" is a psychological drama with mysterious elements that set in an isolated mountain cabin. The themes of guilt, punishment and endless cycle of fate materialize in the relationship of two brothers who, in the afterlife world trying to come to terms with their past actions". The film was finished shooting a few days ago, so we've got some working images from the set. We'll be able to review the finished work in July.
