Both director Kryštof Nízký and producer Štěpán Chaloupka attended the signing of the contract for NFJM's financial contribution to the film Fotosyntéza. The film is being made at FAMO in Písek, but Kryštof will continue his studies at FAMU. Filming will take place in July, the film will be submitted to the school in October, and participation in various festivals will be discussed. The story briefly tells of an eccentric plant lover who, after his family breaks up, lives in a hotel where he grows herbs for the local kitchen in his room. He meets Anastasia in the cafeteria. She is originally from Ukraine and wants not only to make new friends, but above all to find a father for her son. After only one day of acquaintance, Denis becomes a surrogate father to little Alexei. He finds pleasure in Denis's world of flowers.
