Actor Josef Kubíček was already 95 years old. He became another creative personality, whom we at the NFJM decided to help and contribute to care of. Just a brief reminder of the actor. The beginning of his career was spent in Jihlava, at the Horácké divadlo. After that he received an offer to the ABC theatre from Jan Werich, but before he moved back to his native Prague, the offer could not be realized. He devoted himself to radio work, did a lot of filming at Barrandov and was for 15 years in Kabaret u Fleků. Josef Kubíček's filmography is indeed rich, but still everyone mentions mainly his role of Brůna in the episode The Well (in the Major Zeman series). Recently, the film About an Enchanted Princess, Prince Bajaja was on television. Of the others, we recall, for example, in the films Lotrando and Zubejda, There Were Five of Us, Flying Chester, Train of Childhood and Hope.
