Zuzana Fišárková has artistic roots, as her father was the painter Alois Fišárek (1906-1980), and her younger brother Alois Fišárek (*1943) later worked in film as an editor. Fišárková graduated from the High School of Agriculture in Mělník, and her acting career began with a small part as a student in the film Such a Love (1959).
